CycleOps USA Warranty and Return Policy
There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned goods that are not of a warranty nature. Refunds will be for the original purchase price only; all shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do not return any goods without first contacting us by e-mail at CustomerService@CycleOpsUSA.com with the reason you wish to return the item. We will get back to you within 5 days with the procedures for your specific case to be resolved. If a refund in part or in full is due, we will issue the refund within 5-7 days and in the method the payment was made.

Refunds and restocking charges are only available on the return item(s) purchase price; shipping charges will not be refunded.
GENERAL MERCHANDISE:
All goods returned will only be accepted if returned in perfect condition as well as in its original, undamaged packaging. Upon receipt of any returns they will be inspected, the restocking fee deducted, and the balance returned in the same method payment was received.
CHROME GOODS:
All chrome goods are inspected prior to packing and shipping and leave here free or marks or dings. Chrome goods returns must be made within 7 days of delivery receipt and only after e-mail notification to us. There is no return on chrome goods that have been installed. All chrome goods returned will be inspected before a refund is issued. If you mark it in any way, don’t send it back. If there are any marks from mounting or handling there will be no return accepted or refund issued and the part will be held by us until the customer pays for the shipping back to them.
WICKED TEES: Sizes are standard and if you order the wrong size we will replace it for no charge but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Returns for any other reason will incur a 15% restocking fee.
KOOL KEYS: This keys are all custom made, so there are NO RETURNS on this item. We ask very specific information about your bike and if you don't provide all information we will not be able to process your order. You can always contact us with any questions before you order and it will be our pleasure to assist you.
CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS: There are NO RETURNS on any items on our Special Deals Section.
CycleOps USA LLC. only warranties chrome on our proprietary goods that we manufacture. Chrome goods we offer from other manufacturers will be handled in the manner offered by the specific manufacturer of the part in question.
On our proprietary parts ONLY we warrant the chrome from peeling and discoloration (exhaust excluded) for up to one year if, and only if, the chrome has been properly cared for and maintained which includes an initial coating of wax or chrome sealer upon installation and subsequent necessary periodic cleaning and preservation with chrome sealer or carnauba wax which should be applied to all chrome on a monthly basis. We reserve the right to refuse covering chrome issues like chipping or pitting due to owner neglect, road debris, or road salts and/or other road born chemical contamination.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship USPS Priority unless otherwise requested, or if the package is oversized wherein we reserve the right to ship through the carrier of our choosing.
Most orders for in-stock items are shipped the same day or the next in most cases, but we sometimes get backed up and reserve the right to ship in-stock items within 3-5 days.
Backordered or out of stock items will ship as soon as the items are in stock and without delay.

International Shipping: Due to the variables in international shipping, at times the shipping prices applied by the website are incorrect and may require adjustment. Any orders with incorrect shipping will be immediately notified when packing and if additional payment is due it must be received before the order is released to ship. If overpaid, a refund will be issued back in the manner received.
Insurance is not included in the shipping charges beyond the basic insurance offered by USPS. If you would like to insure your package for the full amount or any part thereof, please make a note in the comment box as to what you would like and we will calculate the cost and provide convenient payment methods to complete the coverage.
