PRO STREET KIT-BOLT ON VICTORY-HAMMER/KINGPIN

Fits the Victory HAMMER & KINGPIN
This BOLT ON kit will rake your front forks to 45 degrees AND maintain correct trail numbers. The engineering geometry of this setup results in the front end being LIGHTER than stock at both low speed and high speed. High speed stability is excellent.
These parts are all high quality billet 6061 T6 aluminum (and steel where required) CAD designed and CNC machined to exacting specifications. The chrome is show quality, period. A new steel steering shaft that is stronger than your stock shaft is included. The kit also includes brand new upgraded steering bearings.
This kit TOTALLY transforms the look of your bike with no welding required. Installation time is 8 hours in your garage. All hardware necessary to rake and extend your forks is included.
The kit includes a totally awesome billet warning light mount setup, if you are running the digital instrument cluster, and not the stock warning lights, you will also need Item 351 blank cover plate (just let us know when you order and we will swap the instrument mount at no charge).
Additional items that are required for some bikes, extended brake line or lines for the front brake and the extended Throttle, Clutch and Choke cables that are required when using the Ness Fly Bars, Ram Bars or any set up that pulls the bars back more than 2 inches.

RISER FOR DRAG BARS: VICTORY KMPS

Item # 386 - Riser for Drag Bars: Victory KMPS. Use the simple and clean riser on your Ness drag bars when you install the KMPS rake kit. These risers allow the bars to clear the tank with the additional rake angle of the top triple tree.
Item # 386 comes with 12mm bolts. Some older bars require 10mm bolts
Before ordering you need to check and see if your bars require 10mm bolts.
If so let us know when ordering (In the Customer Text Box at Checkout) so we can supply yor kit with 10mm bolts.
To install Item # 386 you will be required to remove the stock studs from your bars to use the supplied 12MM bolts.
To remove the stock studs you will need to double nut the studs and apply some heat to the stock stud to break the bond of the factory locking compound used on the studs, the studs will unscrew when the locking compound get's a little hot.
Make sure to keep the heat on the stud not the bars.

The Brake Hold Module connects to your bike's electronic speed pick-up sensor (will not work with cable driven speedometers); to keep your brake lights on when you release your brakes but are still decelerating. In addition, it will turn them on or keep them on when you are are stopped, even if you take your hands and feet off the brakes!
User Selected Mode One:
Emit a visual signal of 3 short light flashes, followed by 1 long light flash (3.5 seconds). The signal automatically repeats itself as long as the brake lights are on. This pattern is not random, but has been selected because of its ability to retain following drivers attention.
User Selected Mode Two:
Emit a visual signal of 5 quick flashes, followed by a steady on light that remains steady as long as the brake lights are on.
Brake Alert:
If the Brake Hold Module is holding your brake lights on for you and you wish to gain the attention of someone behind you; simply press either brake and your brake lights will flash 5 times then return to steady on.

VICTORY 2008 OR NEWER-IDLE AIR VALVE CONTROLLER
|
We listened to all the complaints of backfiring and twitchy throttle feel on tip in and decided to do something about it. All 08-10 bikes are non-serviceable when it comes to making adjustments. This component will fit all 08-10 Victory Motorcycles and will give you the ability to adjust your Idle Air at the turn of a screw. The I.A.C. (Idle Air Controller) on your bikes opens as the throttle is applied making a larger intake leak then needed to support idle air. Our new Valve will allow you to fine tune this for your bike and comes baring the Lloydz name.
What we've seen over the past year in developing this is that all bikes require a slightly different adjustment depending on the pipes, intakes and fueling requirements of that specific motor. The unit can be used on all Victory's from stock to modified in the 08-10 model years. The combined use with a Lloyd'z fuel controller is recommended for complete tuning of the fuel curve.

Reduced or eliminated Backfiring.
Smoother transition on the tip-in throttle feel.
More Throttle response.
Improves the Lean Stall condition.
